Never Fail "7-Up" Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Box Lemon or Pineapple supreme Cake Mix
• 1 Box Lemon or Pineapple Instant Pudding Mix
• 4 Eggs
• 3/4 Cup Salad Oil
• 1 - 7 -UP (10 oz.)
• Filling or Icing
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 1 stick butter or oleo
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 Tsp flour
• 1 - 7 oz can coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in bowl and beat until creamy.
Pour into a 3 9 inch cake pans or one 13x9 inch pan, well greased and loured.
Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes for the three pans and 40-45 minutes for 13x9 in pan.

Filling or Icing
Put all ingredients together expect coconut and cook until thick. Then let cool, add coconut and spread on cooled cake.
