Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) package romaine lettuce, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 purple onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) package shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend
- 2 cups broken tortilla chips
- 1 cup ranch -style salad dressing
- 1 cup honey barbecue sauce
- fresh cilantro leaves and jicama (optional)

Step 1
Layer lettuce and next 7 ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl. In a separate bowl, mix Ranch and barbecue sauce. Pour dressing over salad just before serving and gently toss. Garnish.
