Ingredients

    (16 oz.) package romaine lettuce, finely chopped

    cups cherry tomatoes, halved

    (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained

    purple onion, chopped

    cups chopped cooked chicken

    (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained

    (8 oz.) package shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend

    cups broken tortilla chips

  • 1

    cup ranch -style salad dressing

  • 1

    cup honey barbecue sauce

  • fresh cilantro leaves and jicama (optional)

Directions

Layer lettuce and next 7 ingredients in a 3-quart glass bowl. In a separate bowl, mix Ranch and barbecue sauce. Pour dressing over salad just before serving and gently toss. Garnish.
