Ingredients
- 2 cups pastry flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup lard
- 5 to 6 Tbsp cold water

Preparation
Step 1
*For all purpose flour increase lard to 3/4 cup.
Combine flour & salt. Cut in lard until mixture resembles oatmeal with a few larger pieces. Add water a Tbsp at a time stirring quickly with a fork after each addition. When mositened press into a ball & divide in half. Roll out, fit into a pie plate & bake according to directions for your pie recipe.
