Ingredients
- 1/2 inch-thick sliced ginger, finely chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tsp hot chile paste, or more, to taste
- 1/2 C smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 3 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 tbsp water

Step 1
Put in blender and process until smooth. Will keep for 2 - 3 weeks.
