Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 turkey legs (about 6 pounds total)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the turkey legs; mix well.
Place the turkey legs on a rack in a roasting pan and brush equally with the oil mixture.
Bake for 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours, or until no longer pink and the skin is golden brown, basting occasionally.
