Tomato Vodka Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 ounces prosciutto or canadian bacon, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 cup vodka
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes, 1 can
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in olive oil for about 3 min. until golden brown. Add tomatoes, red pepper and canadian bacon - bring to a boil and simmer for 2 min. Add vodka & simmer on low until pasta is ready. Add cream & simmer 2 min. Pour sauce over penne pasta. Mix in parsely and top with parmesan cheese, ENJOY!
