Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs country style pork loin ribs
  • 1 sm onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp grated orange peel
  • 1 tsp grated lime peel
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 orange juice
  • 2 tbs lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spray 3 1/2 to 4 qt slow cooker with cooking spray. Place ribs in slow cooker. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs.

2. Cover, cook on low heat 7-9 hrs. Spoon sauce over ribs when serving.
