Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. ( 3 oz. each)lime gelatin
- 2 containers( 6 oz. each)key lime yogurt like Dannon Light and Fit
- 2 cups green grapes
- whipped topping, for garnish
- shamrock candies, for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, combine gelatin and 1 1/2 cups boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Transfer 1 1/3 cups gelatin to 4 cup pitcher, set aside. Stir key lime yogurt into remaining gelatin in bowl. Cover and let sit until needed. Add 1 1/3 cups cold water to gelatin in pitcher. Let sit 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in green grapes. Place 6 small parfait glasses in wells of muffin pan, arranging so glasses are tilted. Divide grape gelatin mixture evenly among glasses. Chill 1 hr or until set. Remove glasses from pan. Divide yogurt mixture evenly among glasses. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped topping and shamrock candies.
