Pumpkin Doozie Cookiesd

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 egg
• 1/2 ½ C. oil
• 1/2 ½ C. canned pumpkin
• 2 T. pumpkin pie spice
• Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Grease cookie sheets and drop balls onto sheet.
• Flatten slightly with finger. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Preparation

Step 1

Cool and frost with:

4 oz. cream cheese
½ stick butter
1 ¾ C. powdered sugar
vanilla
milk if needed to thin

Best when served cold.
