Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 T parsley
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c shortening
- 1 (12 oz) jar chili sauce
- 1 (10 oz) jar grape jelly

Step 1
Mix first 9 ingredients; shape into 1" balls. Cook with shortening in skillet until browned. Remove from skillet and drain fat. heat chili sauce & jelly in pan, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meatballs and stir until well coated. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
