Ingredients
- 3 lbs. chicken, cut into pieces( I use legs)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Mix flour, salt, paprika, sage, and pepper in a bag. Add the chicken and shake until well coated. Melt butter in a 9x 13 baking dish in the preheated oven. Place chicken skin side down in the dish and bake for 20 minutes. Turn the pieces over and bake another 20 minutes.
