PB Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 C. peanut butter
  • 1/2 ½ C. butter, softened
  • 1 C. plus 2 T. packed brown sugar
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 ¾ tsp. corn syrup
  • 4 1/2 4 ½ C. quick-cooking oats
  • 1 C. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 ½ C. Heath bits

Preparation

Step 1

Cream peanut butter, butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Beat in baking soda, vanilla and corn syrup. Stir in the oats and toffee bits.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.
