Cheesy Chicken Casserole w/california veggies

Ingredients

  • 1-20 ounce bag diced chicken breasts
  • 1-16 ounce bag california blend veggies (broccoli,cauliflower, & carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1-14 ounce can chicken broth
  • 2- 10.75 ounce cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1- 10.75 ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 15 round buttery type crackers
  • cooking spray
  • 8 ounces extra wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 400% place large saucepan on high, add broth & soups, whisk until blended, cover & bring to boil, stirring occasionally
coat 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray, arrange chicken in the bottom.
stir noodles into boiling soup mixture & return to boil, boil about 3 minutes.
pour noodle mixture over chicken crush crackers while sprinkling over top of casserole, lightly coat cracker topping w/cooking spray, bake 15 minutes
