Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 3/4 ¾ C. sugar
• 1/2 ½ C. butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 ½ tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 1 ½ C. flour
• 1/4 ¼ tsp. soda
• 1/4 ¼ tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients.

Roll dough in: 2 T. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 375.
