Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple juice
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (very hot)
- 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tbs chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large green onions
- corn starch
Details
Preparation
Step 1
mix all ingredients together except corn starch and green onions cook til boiling boil 5 min longer
add cornstarch mixed with water to make runny paste until esired consistency
remove from heat add chopped green onions
eat with cooked pieces of chicken or beef
toss with rice or cooked spagetti noodles
