- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 cup warm water (110F)
- 2 1/2 2 ½ cups flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt

Step 1
Directions: Preheat oven to 450F. In a bowl, dissolve yeast & sugar. Let stand until creamy (about 10 min). Stir in flour, salt & oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface & pat or roll until round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread with toppings & bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let pizza cool for 10 minutes before serving.
