Big Boy's Strawberry Pie

If you like light desserts, this is absolutely AWESOME !!!

I can't keep it in the house long enough, everyone absolutely loves it.

Ingredients

• 2 T cornstarch
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c water
• 1/2 pkg strawberry gelatin
• strawberries
• 9 " pie shell, baked & cooled
• chipped topping

Preparation

Step 1

Filling:
In a medium sized sauce pan combine sugar, cornstarch, and water until creamy. Cook over a medium to a medium high heat until the mixture
becomes thick 3-5 min. When this mixture becomes thick remove from heat add gelatin. Stir until dissolves. Wash, and cut strawberries into quarters, or smaller depending on how large they are. Mix berries with jello mix and place in pie shell. Chill 2-3 hours. Serve with plenty of Whipped Cream.
