Ingredients

  • 5 qts popped corn
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • pinch of cream of tarter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the margarine, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt and creme of tarter in saucepan. Boil this for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat add tsp soda. Stir well and pour over popped corn.
Bake in 225 degree oven for 1 hour.
