  • 8 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 6 Large Tomatoes, peeled & diced
  • 4 Cups Tomato Puree
  • 2-3 Stalks Celery, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 ¼ Teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In large pot add all above ingredients, simmer, covered for 2 hours.
Press soup through a fine sieve or puree in blender.
Reheat soup adding cream, butter & corn startch.

1 Cup Cream
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
3 Tablespoons Corn Startch
