Ingredients
- 1 Crisco Butter Flavor Stick or 1 cup butter flavor shortening, plus more to grease baking sheets
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 package (13 Ounces) miniature chocolate-covered peanut butter cups
- Peanut Butter Glaze
- 1 tsp Crisco Butter flavor shortening
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbs Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Coat baking sheet with shortening; set aside
Place shortening, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and peanut butter in mixer bowl. Mix well, add egg and vanilla. Beat 1 minute, combine flour baking soda, and salt. Mix until well blended.
Form rounded teaspoonfuls of dough around each miniature peanut butter cup, encasing candy completely. Place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until cookies are light brown. Remove cookies to cooling rack.
For Glaze:
combine shortening, chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave-safe cup. Microwave on Medium for 1 minutes, then stir.
Spoon over cookies and spread while warm.
