Cheesy Potatoe Bake

Ingredients

• 1 cup half and half, warm
• 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut
• 2 large peppers (red, green, or orange), chopped
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1 cup monterey jack cheese
• 1/2 cup parsley
• cayenne pepper, to taste
• 1 1/2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Stir 1/2 way thru.
