Ingredients

  • CAKE

    cup butter

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1

    can tomato soup

  • 1

    egg

  • 1/2

    tsp. cloves

  • 1

    cup raisins

  • 1

    tsp. baking soda

  • 1

    tsp. baking powder

  • 2

    cups sifted flour

  • 1

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 1

    tsp. nutmeg

  • FROSTIING

  • 1

    125-gr. package cream cheese at room temperature

  • 1/2

    cup butter

  • 2 1/2

    cups sifted icing sugar

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • Combine all and blend.

Directions

1. Set oven to 350 F. 2. Cream sugar and butter. 3. Add egg into mixture. 4. Sift ingredients togther and add alternately with tomato soup. 5. Add raisins and nuts. 6. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. 7. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick comes out clean. 8. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
