Ingredients
- 4 pounds beef short ribs
- 1 large spanish onion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1 jar (12 ounces) beef gravy
- 1 envelope (1 1/4 ounces) beef gravy mix
- 1 bag (1 pound) frozen stir fry, bell peppers & onions, thawed & drained
Preparation
Step 1
Place ribs in 3-4 qt slow cooker, cover w/onion, sprinkle w/pepper, mix gravy & gravy mix (dry) pour over top.
cover & cook on low 9-11 hrs, or until tender
Skim off fat from surface & remove ribs, cover & keep warm, stir bell pepper mixture into sauce in slow cooker, cook on high about 15 minutes, serve over ribs
