Ingredients
- I cup chopped celery
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice (1 cup raw)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (8 oz) sliced water chestnuts-drained
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- salt and pepper
- Topping
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup corn flakes
- 1 tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice and set aside. Saute onions and celery in the 1 tbsp of butter. Mix mayonnaise and soup together. Then mix all together and put in a 9 x 13 pan and add topping. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
