Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 3 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups cup raisins ( 1/2 regular and 1/2 golden)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup + sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl
Mix raisins with some of the flour mixture in a small bowl and then add to the first mixture
Mix sour cream and eggs thoroughly in small bowl- Do Not Beat
Make a hole in center of first mixture and add wet mixture to it
Mix until dough is medium-semi-stiff and all the raisins are absorbed
Turn dough into pan and press with floured hands
Make a cross, pulling toward sides
Bake In buttered/floured 9" round pan at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn down oven to 325-350 and bake for an additional 45 minutes
