Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 10 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped ( 8-10 artichoke hearts)
  • 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 of 1 large jar real mayonnaise (lite)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine salt, granulated garlic, pepper, and garlic powder. Combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, sour cream, and mayo. Then add well-drained spinach and artichoke, and mix well. Mix in combined spices and stir well. Put in (sprayed) 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until bubble around the edges.
