Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c margerine, melted
- 1 1/4 c sugar divided
- 3 8oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 21oz. pie filling (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
combine crumbs, margarine, 1/4c. sugar. Press on bottom and up 1 1/2" on side of a spring form pan. set aside
Mix at high speed, cream cheese, remaining sugar, vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs. one at a time. Blend in sour cream. Spread in pan.
Bake 350 for 60 to 70 min. or until center is set. Turn off oven. Leaving door slightly ajar, leave cheesecake in oven for 1 hour. Remove cool completely. Chill overnight or up to three days. Top with pie filling, or etc.
