Honeydew Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups diced peeled honeydew melon
  • Ice

Preparation

Step 1

Start with fresh lemon juice in a pitcher. Combine 1/2 cup water and sugar in a bowl; microwave at HIGH 2 minutes. Stir until sugar dissolves; cool. Combine sugar mixture, 3 1/2 cups water, and honeydew melon in a blender; process until smooth. Press through a fine sieve over pitcher with lemon juice, and serve over ice.
