Ingredients

    cup chopped onions

  • 2

    cups finely chopped celery

  • cups melted butter

  • 7

    cups dry bread crumbs

  • 2

    tsp salt

  • tsp rubbed sage

  • 1

    cup chopped fresh mushrooms

  • ½

    tsp pepper

  • ½

    tsp poultry seasoning

  • 1⅓

    cups milks

  • cups turkey or chicken broth

  • 2

    eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

Simmer onion and celery in butter, until soft but do not brown. Combine with bread crumbs and seasonings. Add milk, broth, and eggs and toss lightly. Stir in mushrooms. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
