Ingredients
- 2 boxes long grain wild rice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 season packet rice
- 4-5 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and pecan in butter; add seasoning. Stir in cooked rice. Sprinkle and mix with parsley.
