Creamy Mashed Potato Bake

Ingredients

• 3 cups hot mashed potatoes
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1-1/3 cups French Fried Onions
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together (retaining half the onions and cheddar cheese) and bake for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees until hot. Top with remaining half onion and cheese and bake 5 more minutes until onions are golden
