Fruit Syrup for Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water (can use fruit juice for part of water)
  • 3 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 2 cups sliced fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water, sugar, and cornstarch to a boil, stirring constantly. Add sliced fruit and simmer until fruit is tender. Add lemon juice.
