Fat Flush Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Fat Flush bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/2 cup Fat Flush Catsup
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Grease an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with the olive oil.

3. In a large bowl, mix the beef, bread crumbs, onions, oregano, horseradish, mustard, catsup, and eggs together. Shape into a loaf and place in the loaf pan.

4. Bake for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
