Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/8 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup flaxseed oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/8 cup pine nuts
- 1/8 cup olive oil
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Use on vegetables.
