Grilled Portabella Mushrooms with Basil and Tomato

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp crushed dried basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pkg of Portabella mushrooms
- Sliced mozzarella, tomatoe, fresh basil leaves
- Optional: sliced Italian bread

Preparation
Step 1
Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried basil and salt in a nonmetal bowl. Add mushrooms and marinate 1-2 hours. I usually marinate over night.
Grill mushrooms until slightly crisp on surfaces, then top with tomato, fresh basil, cheese and serve when cheese melted
Optional: brush Italian bread with marinade and grill until lightly toasted - top with mushroom,tomatoe,basil,cheese
