Allens Spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

• 1 small onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 28 ounce cans crushed Tomato's
• 1 15oz can tomato paste
• 1 cup water
• 14 cup chopped parsley
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. basil
• 1 tsp. oregano

Step 1

Purée onion and garlic in a food processer add to remaining ingredients. Simmer for at least an hour. Serve with your favorite pasta or use as pizza sauce.
