Finger Steaks (Marinade)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • pinch chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 pounds top sirloin steak

Preparation

Step 1

Mix top 8 ingredients,then cut up meat into chunks and soak for at least 30 minutes.

Coat steak pieces with flour and deep fat fry.


This mixture will save for 60 days.
