Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crisco
- 3/4 cup peanut btter
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 3 tbl milk
- 1 tbl vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine shortening, peanut butter,brown sugar, milk and vanillain lrg bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add egg. Beat just till blended.
Combine flour,salt,and baking soda. Add to creamed mixture at low speed. Mix just till blended.
Drop by heaping teaspsoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungrease baking sheets. Latten slightly in crisscross pattern with tine of fork.
Bake at 375 for 7 to 8 minutes. DO NOt OVER BAKE.
Cool 2 minutes before transfer.
