Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 4-6 4 oz. salmon steaks
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 C fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 C low fat yogurt
- 2 T low fat mayo
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 T white onion, chopped
- 1 T fresh dill, chopped
- 3 T parsley, chopped
- 1/4 t salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cut lemon in half. Squeeze juice from one half over salmon steaks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill or broil over medium high heat without turning 6-8 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve over salmon.
