Cajun Roast Beef Sandwich with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
  • A splash of white wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Sandwich Buns
  • Deli Cajun Roast Beef, sliced
  • Sliced onions

Preparation

Step 1

1. Prepare the sauce by placing the first 7 ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

2. Lightly toast the buns. Layer the bottom buns with roast beef and onions. Top with horseradish sauce.
