Ingredients
- 2-4 pounds spareribs, cut into 4 rib pieces
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1. Add ribs to pressure cooker and then combine all other ingredients in a mixing bowl, mixing well.
2. Pour the sauce mixture over top ribs. Securely lock on the pressure cooker's lid, set the cooker to high and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes before (carefully) quick releasing the remaining pressure and safely removing lid. Serve as an appetizer or serve with rice.
