Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 bunch carrotts
- 4 potatoes
- 1 cup celery
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 2 lrg onions
- 1 tbl salt
- pepper
- 1 tbl sugar
- 1 can tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Place stew meat in bottom of lrg casserole cut vegtables to own taste.
Cook at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
No need to brown meat before.
If around stir a couple of times.
Uncover last hour if seems to moist.
