Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 1/2 ½ t Salt
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 ¼ lb. Butter, melted and very HOT
  • Dash of Tabasco

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place yolks in blender with salt, juice and tobacco. Blend for about a minute.

2. Remove center part of blender lid and pour bubbly hot butter slowly into yolk mixture while blender is on HIGH. Blend until completely emulsified.
