Creamy Chicken Broccoli Stuffed Potato

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
  • 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Cheese, cut up
  • 6 large baking potatoes, baked, split

Preparation

Step 1

1) Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

2) Add broccoli; cook and stir until tender.

3) Stir in VELVEETA cheese. Reduce heat to low; cook until cheese is completely melted, stirring frequently.

4) Cook potatoes, make slit down the center, pull open and spoon over hot potatoes.
