Ingredients
- 1 Lb Venison
- S&P
- 1 Large onion
- Carrots
- Celery
- Potatoes
- 3 cans tomato soup
- 3 cans water
- Tobasco if you like
- Basil

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into bite size pieces & cover bottom of 13X9 baking dish. Salt & pepper the meat. Cover meat with cut up onion, then carrots, then celery. Cut up potatoes and put them on last. Potatoes should be as high as side of dish if not a little higher. Mix 3 cans tomato soup with 3 cans water and pour evenly over stew. Can add tobasco if you want. Sprinkle with Basil over the top of potatoes. Cover tightly with foil and cook 350 for about 3 hours. DO NOT STIR.
