Ingredients
- For cake:
- 1 box Butter cake mix
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- For glaze:
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 c. sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix cake ingredients for approximately 2 minutes. Pour chopped nuts in pan and add batter. Bake @ 350 for 35-45 minutes.
Just before cake is done, put sauce ingriedents in pan and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. When cake is done, pout sauce slowly over cake (it may foam). Wait 20 minutes and invert cake.
