Sour Cream Christmas Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3 – 4 cups flour
  • 1 cup oleo
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Lemon Flavoring (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together; Cover. Refrigerate the dough for 3-4 hours. Roll the dough out to about 1/4” thick and cut the dough with cookie cutters. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 minutes. Sprinkle each cookie with Christmas colored sugar. Keep the remaining dough cool while making the cookies.
