Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. ground beef
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can diced tomatoes Italian style
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 cups uncooked med size egg noodles
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 (3 oz) pkg of cream cheese softened
  • 1 Cup (4oz ) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ground meat.
Stir in all tomatoes and seasonings.
Bring to a boil and reduce and simmer 5 minutes uncovered.
Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 350*
Cook egg noodles.
Stir noodles, onions, sour cream and and cheese together.
Pour in meat mixture.
Place in a 9x 13 greased dish.
Cover and bake 35 min.
Uncover and sprinkle with Mozzarella bake 5 more min.
let stand 10 min.


Freeze unbaked casserole up 1 month. Thaw over night and cook as directed
