Two-Bite Mini Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg cream cheese
• 8 whole oreos
• 4 crushed oreos
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:

Mix sugar and cream cheese.

Stir vanilla and an egg, beating till smooth.

Add flour and yogurt. Chop up 4 oreos. Put all in the mixture.

Fill the muffin tins with the mix and bake for 18 minutes.
